India Alumni Association welcomes you to our
web page, hosted by the Ross School of Business at the
University of Michigan. This page provides
an overview of alumni activity in India, including a calendar of upcoming club events.
The University of Michigan India
Alumni Association (UMIAA) is the officially recognized Alumni
arm of the University of Michigan in India. The objectives of
the UMIAA are as follows:
- Building the Michigan
Brand for the University of the Michigan and the University
of Michigan Business School within India.
- Strengthening the
University of Michigan Alumni network and facilitate
networking among Alumni in
India.
- Supporting the Admissions
effort for the University and the Business School's MBA
program.
- Promoting the University
and its Schools and Colleges via the media in India.
- Building a network and
events of fund raising support for UMIAA initiatives for the
University of Michigan and the University of Michigan
Business School in India.

Alumni and new admits spent a memorable evening with
Professors CK Prahalad & MS Krishnan on Feb 15th
at an event that was held at the Bombay Gymkhana, a hallowed
Edwardian institution in south Mumbai.
