Welcome to the Greater China Association at the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business!

Formed in 2002, the Greater China Association ("GCA") at the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business ("Ross") seeks to accomplish the following:
  1. Strengthen the bonds among Ross students from the Greater China area
  2. Serve as a focal point of communication among Ross alumni and current students
  3. Promote China and Chinese culture in the Ross community
  4. Promote Ross's brand name in the Greater China area
Over the last few years, GCA membership has grown, in tandem with the size of the Greater Chinese community at Ross, to include over 60 MBA1, MBA2, and Evening MBA members.

Whether hosting the annual Lunar New Year celebration in the Ross student lounge, assisting new Ross students from the Greater China area in their transition to life at Ross and in the United States, or serving as an informational resource for Ross students seeking to learn more about China and/or Chinese culture, the GCA is a visible and vital part of the vibrant Ross community.

All the members of the GCA welcome you to this website, and are eager to answer any questions you may have. We hope you enjoy your visit here, and we hope to spark your interest in Ross, China, and Chinese culture.
