The Corporate Sustainable Strategies track will explore the strategies that a variety of businesses are utilizing to make business more sustainable. The track will commence with a discussion among representatives from four consulting firms on how they are helping their clients to operate more sustainably. This will be followed by a panel addressing how companies are marketing their commitment to sustainability. The third panel will look at the area of socially responsible investing, in particular how this area has changed, the effectiveness of SRI in comparison to traditional investing and the future of SRI. This track will conclude with a exploring how companies have successfully pursued environmental goals that have ultimately contributed to strengthening their bottom line and competitive position.
Track Two: Cross-Sector Social Impact

The Cross-Sector Social Impact track explores how businesses, non-profit organizations and government can work together to address the sustainability challenges that all of these institutions face. Our first panel in this track will look at how cross-sector collaboration is working in the real world. The second panel will offer perspectives on how non-profit organizations can benefit from strategy consulting services. Our third panel will be a hands on workshop on social entrepreneurship led by Net Impact founder Mark Albion. This track will conclude with a panel exploring how non-profits manage their performance and remain accountable to a variety of stakeholders.

The Design and Innovation track explores the development of innovation through the lenses of landscape design, global supply chains, and a transforming energy industry. The track opens with a panel discussing the role of designers in sustainable development. This panel will be followed by a panel discussing the growing interest in the role of Base of the Pyramid producers in the global supply chain. This track will conclude with a discussion on the rapid development of the renewable energy industry and discuss the prospects for this industry in the near future.
