Typography To help create a consistent and recognizable look for a wide variety of visual communications produced for the University of Michigan Business School, Bodoni Book BT, Franklin Gothic BT , and News Gothic BT are the required typefaces for business school communications. Bodoni Book BT (and Book Italic) are the required typefaces for printed Business School communications with large amounts of text (such as brochures, booklets, bulletins, letters, memos, etc.). Franklin Gothic is used for heads and subheads in most text applications. News Gothic (and Italic) are used for captions, text in sidebars, technical specifications, charts, graphs, etc. All fonts shown here are Bitstream fonts.
