Healthcare
Curriculum: The Club advises and works
with the Business School administration in developing
industry-related classes, including the Healthcare
Strategy course scheduled for the semester.
Life Science
Strategy Seminar (LS3): The Club organizes
this multi-session course to discuss critical
issues in the drug industry. Sessions are based
on case studies, facilitated by students, and
supplemented by guest executives.

Recruiting
HLS
Forum: The Club’s flagship event. In
early October, industry recruiters from around
the country converge in Ann Arbor to meet candidates
and discuss career opportunities.
Mock Interviews:
The Club works with recruiters to organize and
schedule mock interviews with candidates. The
interviews generally take place in early Fall.
Interview
Workshops: Throughout the year, Club
officers share best practices and sample questions
to prepare job candidates.

Biotech/Biosciences Forums:
The Club organizes two Forums, in Boston and
San Francisco, for current students to visit
area companies and interact with leading industry
figures.
Meet-the-Interns:
The Club organizes this annual event for MBA1s
to meet MBA2s who spent their summer in the
industry
.

Membership
Newsletter: The Club writes and distributes
a monthly e-newsletter to update its members,
alumni, and Advisory Board on Club activities.
The Week
Ahead: Every Sunday, members
receive an e-mail outlining the upcoming week's
healthcare-related events including company
presentations, Club meetings, speakers, University/Ann
Arbor events, etc.

Interdisciplinary
The Club organizes
events that enable MBAs to interact with graduate
students at other healthcare-related U-M programs.
Recent initiatives include leading a Life Science
Investment panel at a Pharmaceutical Engineering
Symposium and co-hosting a social hour with
School of Public Health students.
